SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Shipping
Orders received before 3pm EST will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.
Orders received after 3pm EST will be processed on the following business day.
We do not ship Saturdays and Sundays.
Domestic Shipments (Free Shipping*)
All domestic orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. USPS Priority Mail transit time is 2-3 business days. This is not a guaranteed service, nor will Zi Xiu Bee Thin be held responsible for shipping delays due to holidays, inclimate weather, incorrect address or any other shipping delays outside of the realm of our responsibility.
All domestic orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. Delivery confirmation services gives you the date, zip code and time your article was delivered. If delivery was attempted you will get the date and time of the attempted delivery. You must then follow the instructions on the notice to receive your package.

Accuracy of Address
Correct address affects efficient delivery of your mail. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure the shipping address is accurate. All orders are processed through PayPal and shipping addresses will not be changed in any way unless you express written consent via email and it is received prior to the package being shipped. Zi Xiu Bee Thin, LLC is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect shipping addresses.
Other Shipping Services
We also offer other shipping options such as USPS Express Mail, UPS and FedEx. If a buyer would like any of these services, the order will be shipped at the buyer's expense.
Free Shipping*
Free shipping is only applicable to orders less than or equal to 20 bottles. Orders over 20 bottles will be charged a shipping charge equal to the cost of shipping via the buyers preferred shipping method. Shipping quotes are available upon request.
